That's .00001% of the population.
The US numbers are 306,344,633 total population with 160 cases---.00005%.
I think that these numbers hardly justify the panic on the boob tube. Now there is the case of the farmer in Alberta who gave the flu to his pigs.............So I guess the warning should be
NO SNEEZE NEAR THE STY!!!!!!!!!

But what will the cable news-makers have to talk about? The Kentucky Derby? Not unless the flu spreads to thoroughbreds. Now there's a story for Countdown. "Several well-heeled Churchill Downs Elites have been sneezing more frequently into their silk hankies since attending Sunday's race!" Wouldn't Keith have a field day with that. Surely Bill or Rupert or both were spotted lurking around the stables before the race!!! How long before Keith reports the breaking news that it's not Swine or Bird or H1N1 Flu, it's actually Foxx Flu!!!
