Chihuahuas Are People Too
We assume you know the legend of Anton Chico. If you don’t, you can familiarize yourself with it here. We, the Pirate Dogs pack, have added an Anton Chico since the post by the late lamented Bertequila was posted. Our AC, who is normally referred to as “Cheeky”, is exactly that!! All we can say is 50 degrees F drives him under the covers.
And in true Southwestern fashion, he is a sun and cactus lover.
Cheeky and the Cholla
Cheeky also believes in eating from the table; in fact, that’s how he prefers to access any treats he might be given. But even though he might subscribe to the theory that “Chihuahuas are people too”, this time he went too far.
That glass container was half filled with the butter/canola oil mixture the humans use in place of solid fats and Cheeky totally emptied it. He looks like he is a little contrite and embarrassed, doesn’t he?
And he certainly made a quick get-away after his theft or treat was discovered.
Leny the Sharprador figured all kinds of punishment would ensue so she made herself scarce with a large rawhide bone bonker……………
