Nargle would not automatically lock-in on any Klingon Kats entering within range. This means he cannot be promoted from Midshipman to Ensign. He would be unable to perform the required duties on the bridge of the canine space pirate ship. Poor little guy. Perhaps this is why he has been nicknamed "Pobster the Lobster". Or do ya think it could be the orange collar??????
