Busy, Busy

A very busy weekend.  So much is expected of we pirate dogs.  For instance, keeping them chickens in line:

More Wyandottes
The Wyandottes are always in motion, flapping, running…..They are crazy.  One of them is singled out by having a white (mostly) breast–she’s Ranjitta, named after an old white cat our parents had named Ranjit Singh, Lion of the Punjab:

Now the rooster, yet to be named, is getting rather peckish, running up to the fence to “protect” his girls…….

Then there are the Cuckoo Marans, which we (and our Dad) call “Cuckoo Morons” because they fight, run, try to fly, perch on their water containers, don’t go into the coop when they should, just generally act in an obnoxious manner.  But they should lay some beautiful chocolate-brown eggs once they start laying:

So chicken duties take up a good deal of time.  And we really get disappointed when our parents share the left overs from their breakfast with both us and the chickens.
But we got a special chore this weekend—-“good luck” howlies.  Our human sister moved to a new house and they put their old one on the market with an open house this past weekend.  So we gave them some good luck:
That’s the latest from the CSPS Nargle. Stay cool!!!!
